1. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
2. All entries are limited to submisions recieved between publication date of latest issue and contest closing date as listed above.
3. Contest is open only to residents of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland, with the exception of Metro Guide Publishing employees and their immediate relatives, their respective advertising and promotion agencies and participating sponsors. No purchase neccessary.
4. You must be 19 years of age or older to enter.
5. Some prize restrictions will apply.
6. Metro Guide Publishing and participating sponsors bear no liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest, including liability arising from the acceptance of and participation in the prize as awarded and confirming a compliance with contest rules.
7. All entries become the property of Metro Guide Publishing who assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfuctions, human or technical error, sending or printing errors, lost, delayed, or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, softwarre or any combination thereof.
8. A random draw will take place within 1 week of the closing date. Winners will be notified by phone.
9. The publisher reserves the right to take and use photos of the winner for future promotional material.
10. By submitting this entry form, participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these rules.
